60 Day Examination Copies

How to request an examination copy*

*On official institutional letterhead, please state the following:

1. "This is a request for a 60 day free examination copy of" [include name of book and ISBN if available].
2. Your name and official academic rank
3. The course name/number for which you might incorporate this work into
4. Your full contact information - this information must be from an academic institution
5. You must personally sign this 60 day Free Examination Request Form

JCharlton Publishing Ltd. reserves the right to review and approve all requests.

General Information

- A minimum annual course enrollment of 20 students is requested of those wishing a 60 day free examination copy of a book.
- If you adopt a JCharlton title within its 60 day examination period, please email JCharlton Publishing CUSTOMER CARE at john@jcharltonpublishing.com and provide us with:

1. The invoice number of your order which was included in the mailing of your 60 day free examination package
2. Name of faculty member who requested the examination copy
3. Name of academic institution
4. Course name/number
5. Number of students enrolled
6. Name/Address/Contact information for bookstore through which order will be placed

After notification of a title's adoption is received by JCharlton Publishing, our records will be updated to indicate that the 60 day free examination copy is now a complimentary desk copy.

If the text is not adopted, please choose one of the following options:

1. Return the book to JCharlton Publishing Ltd. (Kanata Centrum, 300 Earl Grey Drive, Suite 305, Kanata, ON, Canada, K2T 1C1), in sale-able condition (postage is the responsibility of the customer), along with your original order form.
2. Send payment for the book to JCharlton Publishing ((Kanata Centrum, 300 Earl Grey Drive, Suite 305, Kanata, ON, Canada, K2T 1C1).

If after the 60 day free examination period you have not contacted JCharlton Publishing with either notification of adoption or return of the book, JCharlton Publishing will send you a reminder notice indicating that your account has an outstanding balance.
