Availability: If a book is listed on our website, it is available at the price shown. We do not list forthcoming books, unless clearly marked as “Coming Soon”.
Discount Policy: Bookstores and volume orders (non-educational institutions) are eligible for discounted pricing. For retailers, our discount policy is: 1-5 books – 15%, 5 or more books (single or assorted titles) – 25%. For educational institutions and libraries books are discounted 25% from the first book. We charge shipping and handling based on the current Canada Post rate. Thus posting will be contingent upon the weight of the order shipped and the destination to which it is shipped. GST, is 5% of the value of the entire order, including shipping and handling fees, except in: NL, NS, and NB where GST is charged on the value of the books while HST (14%) is added to shipping and handling cost.
Returns: Returns are gladly accepted provided the books are in a clean, resalable, condition. This means that the books must be returned in exactly the same condition that they where shipped out; all evidence of vendor stickers, etc, must be totally removed. If books where shipped shrink-wrapped, only books still within their original shrink-wrapping will be accepted. If the returned books are not in this condition, no credit will be given. You will have the option of having the books returned to you at your cost.
We will accept books shipped on invoices at least 3 months old, and up to one year after the date of invoice. Please provide the original invoice number. Books must be returned postage prepaid to our warehouse:
